Except as specifically stated on this site, neither Design-Apparel nor employees or other representatives will be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the use of this site. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

Funds and Payments

All Design-Apparel items are priced in United States Dollars (USD). Design-Apparel accepts from United States of America (excluding USA territories), American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. Design-Apparel also accepts prepaid orders with checks, e-checks, and money orders drawn on a USA bank and payable in U.S. currency.

Design-Apparel reserves the right to require additional information prior to processing any order. Failure to provide requested information in a suitable and timely fashion will result in a delay of order processing and possible order cancellation.

Order Acceptance

The receipt of an e-mail confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order or as a confirmation of an offer to sell. Design-Apparel reserves the right, without prior notification, to limit the order quantity of any item on an order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.

Design-Apparel reserves the right to eliminate products for sale at any time on the site www.design-apparel.com. Design-Apparel will use all reasonable best efforts to ensure that all products listed are available. Should a product or products become sold out or unavailable for any reason, prior to removal from the website, neither Design-Apparel nor any of its employees or other representatives will be held liable for damages, replacement or losses as a result of this occurrence.

Receiving confirmation of an order, either electronically or otherwise, does not signify Design- Apparel's acceptance of the order nor does it affirm confirmation of Design-Apparel's offer to sell products to you. Design-Apparel reserves the right at any time after receipt of the order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Order Adjustment and Cancellation

Design-Apparel cannot accept change of shipping address requests after an order has been processed. Should you require the modification of an address (missing suite number, transposed street number etc.) please contact Customer Service immediately (within 24 hours of order transmission) at service@Design-Apparel.com or by phone at 214-853-4183. Should you require a complete change of "Ship To" information you will be required to cancel your order and re-enter it. Design-Apparel reserves the right to refuse shipment to temporary addresses without prior payment in full.

Design-Apparel can not accept Post Office Box addresses for shipment. We can only ship to physical street addresses. Shipping addresses must comply with commercial delivery standards used by all majors carriers, such as UPS, USPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express and DHL.

In the event you desire to cancel an order, please notify us within 24 hours of order placement. Email orders@Design-Apparel.com or call 214-853-4183. Please provide the Order number and reason. If you desire to cancel an order after the 24 hour period, it is probable that the order will have been processed. If the shipment can be canceled, we will cancel the order.

Shipping Methods and Options

Shipping charges are approximately 15% of your order subtotal for orders of $100 or more to the 48 contiguous United States, with surcharges possible on oversize packaging, overly heavy contents, or products requiring special shipping procedures. For orders of under $100, shipping is a flat rate of $19.95 to the contiguous 48 United States.

Delivery Times and Requirements

Upon receipt of an order, Design-Apparel.com processes the order within 48 hours. 80% of our deliveries arrive within 14 business days. Shipping confirmation emails will be sent to you when your products leave the warehouses. Design-Apparel in all cases tries to expedite all orders in a timely fashion. Multiple shipping points, backordered product and availability of the product(s) are considerations impacting delivery time. Customers shall be advised as to backordered products or out of stock products which may no longer be available.

Backordered and Discontinued Products

You will be notified immediately of any product that may be backordered. If the product you ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available from the supplier, we will contact you to offer a substitute product: or, if you choose, you may cancel your original order. Typographical Errors

The company is not responsible for typographical error or omissions relating to pricing, copy, photography or application. In the event of a pricing error you will be contacted via e-mail, facsimile or USPS Mail with the corrected pricing information.
