Our return policy...For a full product refund, credit, or exchange, please return your shirt(s) to us within 30 days of when you receive them, by the most cost effective carrier (usually this is the US Postal Service), and in original condition (please, no worn or washed shirts). Please include a copy of the invoice you received with a note indicating if you’d prefer an exchange, replacement or a refund. We'd also like to know why you're returning the product, so we can improve our products and service. Exchanges for a different style, size or color not due to a manufacturing defect or an order processing error will incur normal shipping charges when the product is reshipped to you. If you’re requesting a refund not due to a manufacturing defect or order processing error, we will gladly refund you the cost of the merchandise only. Unfortunately, we cannot refund you the cost of the shipping unless there is manufacturing defect or there was a mistake made in processing your order. Keep in mind that personalized and customized items cannot be returned or exchanged for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship and/or order processing errors. We do recommend that you return products to us insured. The United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service (UPS) will insure your package to guard against loss. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered, we can't give you a refund. Cancellations and changes must be made by close of the same business day you place your order. Printing LocationOur designs are printed on the front of the shirt but... Except for a couple of biker designs, all of our shirts are printed on the front. By special request (just send us an email after ordering) we'll print the design on the back. There is a $2.00 charge for this service. Selecting Shirt ColorWe offer our shirts in many colors with the biggest sellers in white, black, grey, red, purple, pink, and blue. Although we’d like to offer all designs on any of the three color shirts above and possibly more, the reality is that certain designs look best on certain color shirts. So, when you’re shopping and ordering, please realize that certain designs may only be printed on certain colors. For instance, a design with black print will not appear on a black shirt. For maximum longevity, don' t tumble dry (or dry clean). Instead, hang to dry unless of course you just washed that T-Shirt and need it in a hurry, in which case, you can put it in the dryer, turn it inside-out and dry on a low-medium heat setting. After drying, if you must iron, iron on the reverse side only, and never over the image. Washing InstructionsWe take great pride in the shirts we print. With proper care, our shirts will last for years. Well, a few years anyway... it is just a T-Shirt. Like all embellished garments, your shirt should be washed inside-out, in cold water, without bleach. This will provide maximum durability and colorfastness. For maximum longevity, don' t tumble dry (or dry clean). Instead, hang to dry unless of course you just washed that T-Shirt and need it in a hurry, in which case, you can put it in the dryer, turn it inside-out and dry on a low-medium heat setting. The simplest way to do this is to fax your order on the order form to 214-853-4183. Sales TaxSales tax is charged to residence residing in Texas at the rate of 8.25%. Please let us know if you are tax exempt. International OrdersPresently, we ship to most foreign countries. Our international rates vary from country to country. You will be charged based upon your country and weight of the item. Does your site utilize cookies?We use cookies to help you recall orders and to make special offers to our customers. How long will it take for my order to arrive?We typically ship within 7 business days of receiving your order. However, please allow up to 10 days for US delivery. Allow longer for larger orders (200 plus shirts). Can I pay by check or money order?You may pay with a money order. Please contact us at 214-853-4183 if paying by Money Order so that we can process your order manually. Once we receive your money order and it has been processed, we will ship out your order. We no longer accept personal checks at this time. Checks and money orders cannot be processed on the web. Is there a minimum order?There are absolutely no minimum purchases required.
